At the beginning of 2017, the apartment was partly renovated, but mainly refurbished and expanded. We have placed particular emphasis on creating a cozy holiday apartment, which we have achieved with small details such as cozy blankets for colder evenings on the balcony and various decorative elements. The almost at ground level access to the apartment, as well as the possibility of stopping the car directly in front of the door, not only makes it easier to arrive with the suitcases, but also to go shopping. **** The apartment is located above the famous palm forest of the Costa Calma. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach. We are happy to provide our guests with 2 deck chairs that can be taken to the beach. Otherwise, deck chairs on the beach are chargeable. **** After a 5-minute walk from the apartment you will reach the El Palmeral shopping center. There are various souvenir shops, but also restaurants and cafes. The largest supermarket in Costa Calma can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes and is on the way home from the beach. There is a mini supermarket directly opposite the apartment. **** There is ample parking space in front of and near the apartment. The drive from the airport to the holiday apartment takes about 50 minutes by car. FURNISHING: In the spacious and well-equipped kitchen you can conjure up a wonderful meal. In addition to the usual appliances such as toaster, coffee maker or microwave, there is also an oven, dishwasher and large refrigerator. Especially guests who want to spend a longer time with us or families with children who do not want to eat in the restaurant every day will appreciate this very much. The apartment has an open kitchen-living room with a dining table for 4 people and a sofa bed. The two bedrooms make the apartment particularly suitable for couples who want to sleep separately or families with children. Both bedrooms have daylight and are equipped with blinds. If you are interested in a stay of more than 4 weeks, please contact us for a special offer. In order to make it as pleasant as possible for families and to offer a level of comfort that is especially important for looking after the children, we offer toys, sand toys and children's books as well as a high chair, a baby travel cot with a good mattress and children's dishes.
