The private porch offers lots of space for your rental car and leads you towards the entry. On 80 m² you will find two bedrooms with double beds (one with 0.90x1.90m mattresses, the second bedroom with 0.90x2.00m mattresses), both with direct access to the large pool terrace. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with shower, bidet and double sink. The second bathroom also offers space for the washing machine in addition to the shower, bidet and sink. The living room and kitchen are high quality furnished. The kitchen is well equipped, with ceramic hob, oven, a fridge-freezer (0.60x2.00m), a dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. There is a satellite TV in the living room as well as in one of the bedrooms (only few English channels). The large slide doors lead you from the living area to the spacious, furnished sun terrace. There is a brick grill that invites you to a cozy get-together. Relax here on your sun loungers and enjoy the sea view and the sun. The terrace is partially covered, but a parasol is also available for you. The large private pool and a great outdoor shower offer you refreshment if you don't go to the golden beach of the Costa Calma, which is about 15-minutes-walk away. A newly installed air conditioning system in the chalet also offers you cooling, if you wish. A small supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away; further shops, bars and restaurants can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot. Free WiFi and beach towels are provided!
