This beautiful flat is a real oasis of peace with a marvellous sea view. It is located in the very well-kept and quiet private complex Hibiscus I. It was completely renovated in 2024 and is furnished to a high standard. The living area has a leather sofa and a 55’ HD TV with satellite reception. The kitchen equipment includes a large fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with induction technology and an extractor bonnet. When it comes to making coffee, our guests can choose between a conventional coffee machine with paper filters, a Dolce Gusto and a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee capsules, depending on their preference. A toaster, blender, hand blender and iron are also available. There is a dining table with two chairs and an armchair in the conservatory. In the bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), bed linen and towels are provided in sufficient quantity. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower with thermostat-controlled rain shower and hand shower, a WC/bidet combination and a washbasin with illuminated mirror (a hairdryer is also available). Fast WLAN is included in the rental price. On the large south-facing terrace with fantastic sea views, a round table, two high-backed chairs and two comfortable sun loungers with cosy cushions invite you to relax. There is also an awning and parasol. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. The extensive, bright sandy beach of Costa Calma is 650 metres away. There are several restaurants and shops within a three-minute walk. Numerous car parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity.
