Our newly renovated flat with a wonderful sea view offers you everything you need for a relaxing and carefree holiday.
You will be welcomed by a spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with a view of the sea. The new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/oven combination and everything you need for a relaxed everyday life. A beautiful round dining table invites you to linger and in the living room you can unwind on the sofa bed with a marvellous view...
Wake up in the morning in the bedroom with a view of the expansive beach. There is a large bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres) and a wall unit to store all the things in your suitcase.
The bathroom opposite has natural light and a window, a shower and a washing machine.
All windows are fitted with blinds and fly screens. WLAN & SAT-TV are included.

The terrace is sheltered from view, a table with 4 chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers and an awning invite you to soak up the sun.
Relax with a fantastic panoramic view over Costa Calma to the sea and let your soul dangle here! A beautiful sunrise is included every day.

The location of the flat is very central. There is a German bakery, supermarket, doctor and various bars and restaurants just 200 metres away.
In a few minutes you can walk out of the complex via the garden paths and down to the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma. Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops are within walking distance.

The price of 68,-€/night is valid for an occupancy of 2 persons. Each additional person costs €7/night extra. Occupancy is possible up to 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children.
