The bungalow has 70 square metres, cloakroom with mirror, large living room with open kitchen, corner sofa, coffee table, 55’ LED Smart TV with satellite reception, with all German and Spanish channels, access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, YouTube (access subscription data must be brought by the guest), fast fibre optic Internet also for working in between, dining table with four chairs, very well equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, generous cooking and crockery equipment two bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms (one ensuite), both with windows, large walk-in shower, WC, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. A washing machine is also available. On the 40 square metre sheltered terrace, in addition to the pool and whirlpool, there are two sun loungers, a parasol and a large table with four chairs. You have your own car park right outside the front door. This makes the bungalow ideal for up to 4 people. A bakery, restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. The beautiful golden sandy beach is a 15-minute walk away. Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets or fly screen doors. The modern and high-quality furnishings ensure a relaxing holiday on Fuerteventura. The German-speaking property management takes care of the briefing on arrival and is the contact person in the event of technical faults.
